The morning after Lexi and I painted the rock cacti we had a conversation about succulents and cacti. I should have known that that wouldn't be the end of it. And before I knew it this happened.....

Lexi chose each plant with great care and potted them all when we got home. Her Mimi (my Mom) even gave her gardening gloves for the cacti. I ended up doing those and hurting myself :)

I had a very happy and proud little gardener. When her Daddy asked her at dinner what she did that day she said, "planted, planted, planted and it was fun".
